Associate Professor Anna Ekwall Kristensson is an emergency department nurse specialist, responsible for the master level nursing programs and works part-time at the emergency department.

"I was young and successful in my field when I finished my PhD in 2004. I became Associate Professor and had my third child the same year (2011), and was still perhaps more successful than young at that time. Since then, I have been a good teacher, taken on some leadership challenges, and realized that I was not a researcher any longer. What happened to my research? Is it possible to become a researcher again after such a break? How?"
