The objectives of this half-day workshop are to understand the many different entry-points and challenges there are for us to create just transition towards a circular society. In this workshop, the participants use the 12 R of zero waste*, as well as a gender equality lens to explore new ideas and opportunities to tackle system overload and make the transition towards a circular society. As a result of the workshop, the participants will gain a deeper understanding of the circular economy, zero waste, and what role strengthening gender equality plays in creating social and environmental impact. Moreover, the participants will engage in analysis, generate new inspiring ideas and create a hot item to-do list for collective action in their respective organisations.
